Because we offer both digital downloads and physical printed products, our refund and return terms differ depending on the type of product purchased. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

1. Digital Products (PDF Worksheet Bundles)

All digital products sold on our website are delivered as instant downloadable PDF files. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final.

Once your purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed or generated, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Digital products cannot be “returned” once delivered electronically.

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product description, grade level, and preview images (if available) before purchasing.

  • You understand that digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to review the product details.

Exceptions for Digital Products

We may consider a refund or replacement under limited circumstances:

  • The file is corrupt, damaged, or unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).

  • The product delivered is significantly different from the description on the product page.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. We will review your request promptly.

2. Physical Products (Printed Worksheets)

For physical printed worksheet orders, we accept returns and refund requests under specific conditions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your printed worksheets arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the issue. After review, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a return pickup (where applicable) and send the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for physical products due to change of mind. Please review your order carefully, including product details and quantities, before placing your order.

Non-Delivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate. If the item is confirmed lost in transit, we will either reship the product or issue a full refund.

3. Order Cancellations

Once a digital order has been placed and the download link has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

Physical Orders

You may cancel a physical product order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at printmyworksheets@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Indian Payments (UPI / Razorpay): Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • International Payments (PayPal / Stripe / Credit Card): Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that processing times may vary based on financial institutions and payment gateways.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Order ID / Order Number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting photos or screenshots (for physical product issues)

Our support team aims to respond within 2–3 business days. Providing complete information helps us resolve your request quickly and efficiently.
